i finish up with the cl league. again my parameters are that I start out with an avg draft gaining a C grade. I am not taking into account spring performances in my grades.

I move on to the CL Central. Editors note: I'm aware that many draft day trades were made and players were actually being selected by teams and then immediately being traded. I am making no effort to figure out who was traded to who. If you selected them, then you get the credit for better or worse.

I will be posting my annual draft report cards over next coming week. They are my personal opinions and should be taken for exactly what they are worth. Which is roughly zero. An average draft grade is a C.
